The MAC College Money Program was established in 1995 to ensure every local student has the opportunity to earn a college degree, regardless of his or her financial circumstances.
Founded by Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm Duncan Sr. in partnership with Waco Foundation, the MAC College Money Program has awarded more than $8.2 million in MAC Scholarships and secured nearly $55 million in federal aid for high achieving, low-income students in McLennan County.
Every McLennan County student should have
the opportunity to earn a college degree."

The MAC Program uses a three-prong approach to support local students:
- Provides personalized assistance to help students and their families complete their financial aid applications (FAFSA) and maximize the amount of financial aid they receive.
- Teaches high school seniors and their parents about the financial aid process and how they can access available support to help make college affordable.
- Awards grants and scholarships to high-achieving, local students with financial need so they can realize their dreams of completing a college degree.
